There are some form objects you can or at least used to be able to add to a page, such as text boxes, option buttons, check boxes, etc. I have a strong suspicion Jeff Harrison knows where they are, so maybe he can enlighten us when he comes across this thread. I am almost certain that these controls don't actually function though unless used with Visual Basic, so they may be worthless for your needs anyway. If Jeff can tell us where to find these controls I will experiment with them and see if they can be made to have a use in a PDF file.

So to answer your question again, ArtsD, you can design corel pdf fusion create forms free form in CorelDraw and publish it to a PDF, but you will have to use Acrobat Pro or some other external software to generate the fields and create a workable form.
